Conduit Expansion 

Conduit Expansion is the development of my creative practice into steel - materialising feelings about welding that have been entertained when experiencing its material phenomena during  fabrication projects. 

 

What happens in front me is a beautiful thing. An electrical current flows between two materials, producing extreme heat in a brief moment, causing them to bond. I wanted to take this experience into my own autonomous expression.
